Car Hire Junction is an online comparison and booking service that allows travellers to research and book car hire from independent, licensed operators across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States. We operate as an intermediary and publisher, not the owner or operator of any vehicles.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Car Hire Junction website and related systems operated by Orange Ninja Pty Ltd
• Operator/Supplier: Third-party rental companies whose vehicles are displayed or bookable via the Platform
• Booking: Confirmed reservation made through the Platform
• Third-party booking engine: Secure system facilitating deposits and payments on behalf of the Operator
• Customer/You: Any person using the Platform or making a booking

3. Scope of Service

When you make a booking, you enter a direct, legally binding contract with the Operator. We act solely as an intermediary, transmitting booking details to the Operator through our third-party booking engine and sending you confirmation on their behalf. We do not own, operate, or control any vehicles or depots.

4. Booking Partner Relationship

Bookings made through Car Hire Junction are processed by our third-party booking partner. We may earn a commission on completed bookings at no extra cost to you.

5. Pricing and Accuracy

• Prices and availability come from third-party sources and may change without notice
• Prices are displayed in the currency of travel (for example AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand, CAD for Canada, USD for the United States) and include taxes unless otherwise stated
• Obvious errors or misprints are not binding
• Promotional or “crossed-out” rates are valid only for the indicated period

6. Payments and Deposits

Payments are securely processed by a trusted third-party booking engine on behalf of the Operator. Deposits and balances are received and remitted by the booking engine or Operator, not directly by Car Hire Junction. We do not hold or refund customer funds directly. 7. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Each rental operator has its own cancellation and refund policy. Key points:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Late arrival or no-show results in full forfeiture of booking
• Cancellation fees vary between operators
• A $50 service fee applies to any cancellation or amendment to a confirmed booking, in addition to any cancellation or amendment fees imposed by the rental supplier

Each car rental is subject to the Operator's individual terms and conditions, which will be made available to you at the time of booking.

9. Post-Booking Communication & Reviews

After booking, you may receive:

• Confirmation and payment emails from the Operator or booking engine

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, design, and content on Car Hire Junction are the property of Orange Ninja Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, deep-link, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability & Operator Responsibility

Operators are solely responsible for:

• Tax collection and remittance

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Hire Junction and its parent company Orange Ninja Pty Ltd from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or disputes with Operators.
